Meet Tyson- The owner of the company, "Tyson handles everything from strategy, take offs, sales, estimating, purchasing, to scheduling and installation. Meet Paul- A true professional. Our primary on site supervisor Paul leads by example both in daily life and job site management. Productivity, quality, safety, communication and team building are among Pauls daily responsibilities. Seious about his job, but not so serious in everything else. Paul brings excellent communication and a refreshing sense of humor to the job site. Caring about his fellow employees, customers and projects, Paul makes every effort to achieve project and job success. Family comes first with Paul, he loves Montana, rock music, movie quotes. We truly appreciate having Paul's services here at Elite Roofing!
Meet Aaron- Aaron moved to Bozeman from Wisconsin to work for us here at Elite Roofing in 2017. Aaron has grown into quite the flat roof expert. As our primary certified flat roof installer, Aaron has a vast knowledge of the different flat roofing Installations. Aaron is also our primary machine specialist. He has experience operating the hot kettle and is a wiz at running our primary robot welder. Aaron's energy and diligence are infectious and much appreciated on the job.
Meet Ben- A local born and raised Montana man. Ben came to us here locally by word of mouth and truly has lived up the the reputation of the dilligent and detailed worker. He puts the pedal to the metal and always gives his 100% on site! Ben is used as our primary repair technician as well as one of our certified flat roof installers. Ben's interests include hunting, dirt biking and automotive work on the weekends. A kind, helpful and pivitol member we greatly appreciate Ben's services here at Elite Roofing!
Meet Andrew- A confident young man who's a bit on the eccentric side. Andrew is an excellent outside the box thinker. coming up with great ideas and outstanding solutions daily. Andrew is one of our certified flat roof installers. He excels at building roofs and putting down flat roof product. In his down time Andrew is an avid "gamer" and a movie buff. A pivotal team member here at Elite roofing Andrew is a joy to be around on the job site!
Meet Mikhaila- Born and Bred, Mikhaila is a hard working Montana girl though and through. She is as smart, talented and friendly as they come. Mikhaila does a lot for our company including materials handling, product installing and quality control. She has also recently been brought into the office to help with administration. Mikhaila loves the outdoors, love coffee and loves her friends and family. B.A.

Meet Walter & Makita- We are very happy to introduce our tiniest members of the crew. Meet Makita- Our company mascot. Makita is a Siberian Husky that came to us from a small town called Delta Colorado in October 2017. With a perfect blend of energy and sweetness Makita ia a great motivator to anyone that knows her. Makita absolutely loves the outdoors and wide open spaces. If she is not running then she's not living. Makita loves chewing toys, riding in the truck and listening her favorite musical artists bob marley and Willie Nelson.
Meet Walter- Our first company baby...Walter Woods Albrecht was born July 23rd 2019 at the Bozeman birth center. Walt has been the very best part of each day for my wife and I since he was born. It's been a joy bonding with him and getting to know his unique personality. Walt is a very outgoing and happy boy who very much enjoys meeting new family and friends. Walt especially loves frequent feedings, short power naps, starring at you until he gets a smile and listening to dad's bed time stories.
